After the pooja last weekend, I had so many bananas , a few ripened. So I decided to bake a cake with the ripe ones. I used the ingredients available with me. And it came out nice. It really tasted so good that it was over in no time.Ingredients-
Self raising flour- 1 and 1/2 cup
Bananas- Mashed 6 small ones(You can reduce the number to 4)
Butter-1tbsp
Granulated sugar-1/2cup
Oil- 1/2 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Method-
Mix together sugar and butter till it is creamy. Add the mashed bananas ,oil and milk and mix well. Add the flour and mix well to form a thick batter. Pour it into a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 35 minutes. Cool it and cut into slices.

Now..I am thinking of putting another experiment batch ..u know last time I made (2 weeks back) eggless muffins..the muffins sat tight on the ground, did not puff up at all :( ..I am determined to learn..
