This one has been in my drafts for almost a year.I remember making this cake when I had a can of heavy cream unused and nearing the expiry date.It was moist and very soft too. A nice one to go with your evening tea.
Cardamom cream cake
Combine sugar and egg. Beat well to form a frothy mixture. Add the cream and milk and mix well. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cardamom powder and salt. Fold in the dry mixture slowly into the wet mixture. Mix well to form a uniform batter.
Pour the batter in a well greased cake tin. bake at 180c for 25-30 minutes or till a knife inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Cool and invert the cake on a plate. Slice and serve.
