A rich dark chocolate brownie which is ideal for a tea party or even can be served as a dessert with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
I got the basic idea for the recipe from Tarla dalal’s microwave cooking. But I made it quite different from her’s with the ingredients available with me and I baked it in the oven. I did not microwave it.
Sift the flour, baking powder,soda ,cocoa powder and keep aside. Add soft butter and sugar and mix well till it is creamy.Add curds, essence and the flour mixture slowly. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter in a greased oven safe dish lined with a baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 30 minutes or till it a knife comes out clean.
