There are still some days when we just have bread,oats or cornflakes for breakfast,though beginning of the year, I had decided to make proper filling breakfast as it is considered the most important meal of the day. So I do make idli/dosa/adai batters regularly or sometimes its poha or upma. I also make instant dosas a lot nowadays with atta,rice flour,rava, ragi, sorghum, oatmeals etc.So most of the days we do have satisfying breakfast. I need to get more organized and plan before hand as the twosome manage to keep me quite busy always and I am glad I am getting more organized than before and managing to do things on time.
So one of these days, I tried a simple variation of the upma by adding in the corn. I infact loved the recipe. It came out nice and it tasted delicious too. We just had it without any side dish as we love it that way. But you can try some coconut chutney or some pickle.Do try it for a change.
