Brownies are always my favourite,infact everyone at home love dense fudgy brownies.Whenever I bake brownies, I always think that I should be baking more of these every now and then using a combination of different ingredients. But somehow I do not find the time and I don’t bake a lot nowadays. I have been eyeing this avacado based cakes and brownies for years.I always wanted to bake using avacados.Avacado has its own natural butter, so you generally don’t need any extra fat for such recipes. I also love using whole wheat flour in brownies. Some readers ask me to post bakes using whole wheat flour , so this is a very good recipe for them. While there have been readers who have tried my bakes using whole wheat flour and did not like the overpowering taste of atta in them. So please feel free to substitute the wheat flour with all purpose flour or maida.
It has a hint of avacados and I loved the taste of it. They are really dense,fudgy,chewy and delicious. It had a beautiful crust ,just how brownies are supposed to be!!
When you bake brownies, just keep in mind that the batter should not be aerated. So don’t use hand blender or a whisk. Just use a wooden spatula to mix the ingredients gently until well combined.
