This was a favourite of mine especially during my childhood days. My mom used to make this and store in big glass jars and it would be over in no time. I used to have it with everything , even with my curd rice. But I loved spreading it on the phulka/chapatis, rolling it and polishing it off in no time. I just used to have spoonfuls of it whenever I felt.But few years ago, it was almost forgotten. Yes, it just been a recent few years, I have been buying mangoes in Singapore especailly the raw mangoes to make aam panna. I was suddenly reminded of this and I made it one day. The spicy and sweet taste of it bought back all my sweet memories!!
