How to make dryfruits and nuts truffles – No cook sugarless treat recipe

This recipe is very similar to the nuts fudge recipe  I had posted a couple of years ago. I have just used raisins along with the dates and combination of different nuts. This such a simple and versatile recipe whichyou can make with the dryfruits and nuts you have in hand. Its very good for your kids too and the plus point is you dont need sugar or ghee in this recipe. Its a guilt free snack and is best taken when you crave for something in between your meals. My one year old (with only 2 teeth) enjoyed this dessert too!!

  1. Grind the dates and raisins in a blender to a smooth paste. Remove from the blender into a bowl.
  2. Grind the nuts to a coarse powder.
  3. Combine the powder and the dates raisins paste.
  4. Knead with your hands to a smooth dough.
  5. Pinch a small portion and make a small ball.
  6. Repeat with rest of the mixture.
  7. Mine was not sticky. But if your turns up sticky, roll your truffle over some coarse nuts powder or dessicated coconut powder til it is well coated with it.

@akila-I did not soak the dates and raisins..it will become too moist…it does takes a little effort to grind. Chop the apricots into tiny pieces and grind it..
