Ingredients

Paneer - crumbled
2 cups
Onion- big Chopped fine

Tomato-big chopped

Garlic- crushed
1
Ginger- Crushed

Green chillies- finely chopped

Turmeric powder
1tsp
Salt
to taste
Coriander powder
1tsp
Garam masala
1tsp
Oil
2tsp
Jeera
1tsp
Coriander leaves- Chopped fine to garnish

Steps

  1.     Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add the jeera followed by ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  3. Then add the onion and saute till they turn translucent.
  4. Add the tomatoes.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and garam masala.
  6. Cook till the tomatoes are soft.
  7. Now add the crumbled paneer and mix well.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander.
