Parathas/stuffed indian breads are wonder food for kids. Its the best way to sneak in the vegetables. I try to make parathas with most of the vegetables as my son is really fussy about food especially vegetables. And we love any kind of parathas!!

How to make spinach parathas -- palak paratha recipe
Ghee to brush on the parathas
To make the dough
Clean and wash the spinach leaves.
Boil in water till it just wilts.
Blend it to a smooth puree.
Take the flour in a mixing bowl.
Add the puree and rest of the ingredients.
Add a few drops of water and knead it to a smooth and firm dough.
Use the oil to make the dough non sticky.
To make the parathas
Make small balls of the dough.
Roll each ball to a thick circle.
Place the circle on the hot tava.
Allow it to cook and then flip on the other side.
When you see black spots on both the sides, then the parathas are cooked.
Brush ghee on both the sides of parathas.
