Instant roasted paneer snack – Recipes in 5 minutes- Paneer recipes

Two of my friends make this quite often and they have told me the method of making it instantly whenever you crave for some spicy paneer. My friend’s son calls this “5 minute paneer”.Somehow I never got to make it. Suddenly I remembered this when my son asked me for some snack in the evening yesterday. They were ready in 5 minutes. My son absolutely loved them. My one year old also nibbled a few cubes with delight. Its a wonderful quick snack for paneer lovers!!

  1. Awesome! I craved a midnight cheese snack and made these without waking anyone up!Also added Cumin powder to the mix it brought more flavor:)

  2. Hi, I tried this today, with a few minor changes, I soaked the paneer in very hot water with a little turmeric and salt, this helped to soften them up. Then stir fried them till slightly, rest as per your recipe, also added coriander chutney to go with it as my kids love it.
