Paneer cubes- around 10-12 cubes, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilly Red powde rto taste, Salt, 2 – 3 tsp Oil, 1 – 2 tsp Chaat masala

Instructions

  1. If you are using frozen paneer cubes, place the cubes in a bowl of hot water for around 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and pat dry with a tissue.
  3. Add turmeric powder ,red chilly powder and salt in the bowl containing the cubes. Mix well with a spoon or your hands to coat the spices nicely on the cubes.
  4. Heat a tava. Add the oil and spread it on the tava.
  5. Place the paneer cubes on the tava.
  6. Cook till the bottom side turns golden brown.
  7. Keep flipping all the sides with a spatula till they are golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle some chaat masala on it and serve with a tooth pick.

Notes

You can also roast some onion rings and capsicum pieces and serve along with the paneer cubes.
