Low Fat Lauki Kofta Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated bottle gourd, chickpea flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small dumplings or koftas.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the koftas on the sheet.
  5. Bake the koftas for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the koftas are baking, prepare the curry. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
