Masala bread upma recipe– Easy Bread recipes–easy breakfast ideas

This is again one of my mother’s recipes. She used to make this couple of times especially when we were hungry in the evening, that is before the dinner time. Actually I never tried making it, though my sister makes it every now and then. She has made it even when she had come to my place in Singapore.

When I was is college, my family had to go to our native place. I was staying alone as I could not go perhaps because of exams. These were those days when I did not know how to cook anything. My sister had written down a few recipes -very easy doable recipes for me so that I could cook  if I wanted. Bread upma was also one of the recipes present in those recipe notes.Though I did not cook a single day that time., atleast I managed to read those notes and remembered to make it till date.

So do try this when you have a few leftover slices of bread and you are craving for something really spicy. Also try adding sambar powder for a change when you make this.
