This is again one of my mother’s recipes.She used to make this couple of times especially when we were hungry in the evening, that is before the dinner time. Actually I never tried making it, though my sister makes it every now and then. She has made it even when she had come to my place in Singapore.
When I was is college, my family had to go to our native place. I was staying alone as I could not go perhaps because of exams. These were those days when I did not know how to cook anything. My sister had written down a few recipes -very easy doable recipes for me so that I could cook if I wanted. Bread upma was also one of the recipes present in those recipe notes.Though I did not cook a single day that time., atleast I managed to read those notes and remembered to make it till date.
So do try this when you have a few leftover slices of bread and you are craving for something really spicy. Also try adding sambar powder for a change when you make this.
