  5. Add the grated ginger and garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
  6. Add the turmeric powder and sauté for a few seconds.
  7. Add the chopped gooseberries and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they turn soft.
  8. Add the tamarind pulp and salt to taste. Mix well.
  9. Cook the mixture for another 10-15 minutes until it thickens and the oil separates.
  10. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
  11. Once the mixture has cooled down, transfer it to a blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
