I do wish to come back to regular blogging but it really seems quite impossible these day as the routine work takes up all the time. Weekdays are very tiring and weekends are for relaxing so that we can regain the energy and be ready for the next weeks haul. But cooking has been happening. This is a very simple recipe and made in a few minutes. Its almost very similar to the rava paniyaaram I had posted few years ago. Fried food is a very rare thing in our place. But sometimes especially during the weekends , we all get a mood to munch on some fritters. So one of these days I made this fritters when I was actually falling short of some besan to make the routine pakodas.You Can try this for a change. My family quite enjoyed this snack.
