  1. Keep the icecream at room temperature and let it melt completely. Grease and flour a pan. Preheat the oven at 180c. Take the icecream in the mixing bowl. Beat it with a whisk.
  2. Add the Flour and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk to a uniform mixture. Pour this in a prepared pan. Sprinkle some sugar on the top. Bake at 180c for 25 minutes. Check if the cake is done by inserting a skewer in the center of the cake. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice the cake and serve with tea.

You can replace atta with all purpose flour.

You can dust some powdered sugar on the baked cake. You can also frost the cake .As we are not adding extra sugar, the cake will be mildly sweet.
