  1. Line the muffin pan with muffin cases. Preheat the oven at 180c. In a mixing bowl, add the ripe peeled bananas and mash it well with a fork. Pour the oil and milk and mix well with a whisk.
  2. Add the oats, whole-wheat flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add the jaggery powder and mix with a spatula. Finally add the chia seeds and mix everything well together.
  3. Spoon the batter in lined muffin cases. Sprinkle some oats on the top of each unbaked muffin if you prefer. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180c for 20- 25 minutes. Check if it is done by inserting a toothpick or skewer in the center of muffin. Allow it to cool and serve.
