  1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Grease a loaf tin with butter. Mash the ripe banana to a smooth paste using a fork or with your fingers. Add the oil and milk and mix well. Beat the egg and mix it well in the above mixture.
  2. Fold in the flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add the buttermilk (vinegar+milk) and mix well. Add the walnuts and chocolate chips and mix in gently.
  3. Pour the batter in the greased cake tin. You can sprinkle more chocochips on the top. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes. Check if the cake is done by inserting a skewer in the center of the cake and it comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool well and slice them.
