  1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Line the muffin tin with muffin cases. Combine the flour,baking powder and sugar. Mix with a spatula or a whisk.
  2. Add the oil,milk and curd and mix well together with a whisk. Add the vanilla essence and mix.
  3. Pour the batter in the muffin cases till it is half filled. Take the jam in a small microwave safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds till it becomes a bit soft and pourable. Spoon in some jam on the batter. With a tooth pick or fork, make some swirls of the jam.
  4. Bake at 180 for 25 minutes. Check if it is done by inserting a skewer in the center. Allow it to cool completely. Serve.
