Mango cream popsicles recipe – kids food recipes

  • 2cups Mango- of mangopieces (see notes)
  • 1 1/2cup Milk– (use full cream milk for more creaminess)
  • 1cup Cream– ( I used nestle full cream)
  • 1cup Sugar
  1. Add the sugar in the blender and powder it.
  2. Next add the mango pieces along with the milk.
  3. Blend it to a smooth liquid.
  4. Add sugar ,mango pieces and milk
  5. Next pour the cream and blend it again. The consistency should be slightly thick.
  6. Add cream
  7. Pour the thick liquid in the popsicle mould.
  8. Place the popsicle covers/lids on it.
  9. Freeze for around 6 hours. (See notes)
  10. pour in popsicle mould and freeze
  11. After it has set, place them in warm water for a minute.
  12. It will be now easy to remove the popsicles from the moulds.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Notes-
  15. 1. You can use readymade mango puree also. If you are using it, then use around 1 or 1 1/2 cup of the puree in the blender along with milk and cream. It might be sweetened puree , so in the case, adjust the quantity of sweetness to suit your preference.
  16. 2. If you want to use icecream/candy sticks, freeze the mould for 2 hours, then it will be easier to insert the icecream sticks in proper place. Keep in the freezer again.
  17. 3. Pour in more milk to adjust the consistency if you find it too thick.
