  1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Cream the ghee and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Combine the millet flour,baking soda and cardamom powder in a small bowl. Add this flour mixture to the ghee mixture slowly and keep mixing.
  2. Add the milk to the mixture. You can use your fingers to gather the mixture together to a dough. Pinch small equal portions of the dough to a lemon sized ball. Flatten it a bit. Place them on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet. Place few chocolate chips on each cookie and press them gently. Bake them at 180 c for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Allow them to cool completely. Serve and store them in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes

Dont allow the cookies to bake for a long time. They should not turn brown.

The cookies when hot will crumble. They will harden as it cools.
