In a mixing bowl, add the semolina, besan ,onion, chillies and coriander leaves and salt.
Pour the curd and mix to a thick batter of a pourable consistency.
Allow it to rest for 5- 10 minutes.
Heat the oil for deep frying. When its sufficiently hot, drop some small amounts of batter in the oil. Or you can do so with a spoon.
Fry them till it becomes golden brown.
Serve immediately with some chutney or ketchup.
