  1. Chop the raw mango into chunks.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds.
  4. When it crackles, add fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.
  5. Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  6. Saute for a minute.
  7. Add the chopped raw mango chunks.
  8. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder ,coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
  9. Add around a glass of water.
  10. Allow it to cook till the mango turns soft.
  11. Also the gravy should slightly thicken.
  12. Add jiggery.
  13. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  14. Serve with hot rotis.
