Sweet potato brownies
Healthy and very easy brownie recipe using sweet potato!!

  1. Preheat the oven at 180c. Line a preferably square baking tin with baking sheet or grease the tin well with some butter. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small pieces. Take them in a pan. Add some water and cook till soft. Allow it to cool and mash it to a smooth paste. Chop the chocolate into tiny pieces.
  2. Grind the oats flakes to a fine powder. Take the oats flour in a mixing bowl. Add the cocoa powder and baking powder.
  3. Add the mashed sweet potato and chocolates. Mix. Add the Oil and milk and mix well with a spatula. Add some sugar and mix everything well together.
  4. Pour the batter in the prepared cake tin. Bake at 180c for 30-35 minutes. Check if the cake is done by inserting a skewer or knife in the center. Allow the cake to cool and slice them to desired shapes or into squares. Serve.
Recipe Notes

I usually place the remaining cake in a airtight container and place it in the refrigerator.
