Red cabbage paratha recipe

I am not too fond of red cabbage. I once made a chutney with it years ago and it was quite good, something like thuvayal. Then when my hubby bought it again suddenly one day, I was thinking of what to do with it. The idea of making parathas struck me. I wanted to make it spicy and more flavourful and did not want the over powering taste of red cabbage in it.

It was actually delicious and we all liked it. I will surely make it again as it is healthy and in this form I can include it in our diet and good for kids too!!
