Soya chunks Manchurian sandwich – Kids healthy food recipes

Blogging is a great stressbuster for me.Though I am posting almost every alternate days now, today I just decided to do a post to ward off a possible upcoming depression. Each time I make a post, I feel the same kind of happiness and excitement as I felt for my first post. And I am already feeling better after doing this post. Capturing and editing the pictures and writing the recipe carefully keeps me occupied. I may not be a great cook or a great writer or a recipe developer.Though I would love to be in near future. But of course I am learning new things each day when it comes to cooking, blogging or photography which keeps me occupied along with the daily routine rather than developing unnecessary thoughts in my mind just sitting idle. This rant is for all those people who ask me sarcastically or seriously about why I blog or why I cook!!!And a huge thanks to all those people who have always appreciated and encouraged my blogging activity!!Hugs!!

There was a time when I had just started blogging couple of years ago when there used to be a number of food events going on. I used to cook sometimes based on the event. Later with time constraints and all , I was unable to participate in such events.Leave alone the event ,even regular blogging became  difficult. But recently when I was approached by indusladies to participate in their event featuring kids lunchbox recipes where the recipes are going to be put up in a downloadable e-book, I decided to do it because I love making different dishes for my kids lunchbox. And this would give me a good scope for creativity. So I will have more recipes coming soon.

The first one is the popular indochinese manchurian , but being stuffed inside the bread making it more filling and healthier for your kids. Thanks to my sis and reader of this blog who gave me this recipe idea.So do try this one, I am sure you will like it!!
