I have made this many times by now, but somehow never managed to click pictures. Its actually very easy to make and is not time consuming as it seems to be.
There are various versions of the stuffing. Some use just the onion mixture, or grated coconut or powdered peanuts. I have tried with powdered peanuts also and its very tasty too. But I often use besan as I don’t have the powdered peanuts in hand. I am quite lazy to roast ,peel and grind the peanuts!!
You can even try using a mixture of peanuts, besan or sometime coconut for a different taste.
