Being a Tamilian,I thought of sharing some easy and interesting tamil recipes which is a part of daily meals in a south Indian home.   11. nice try sowmya. i knw its frustrating when u dont get the right result. i had this prob too. but then i got a tip from a baker. he told me tht the dough should be really soft before we put it out to rise. stiff doughs yield hard buns. ya maybe u can try tht out too next time.

  18. i know how upset u must have been.. .u are so sincere in admitting it. thats very sweet of u. but trust me!Buns really look good..i have never prepared buns/breads at home, so i have no idea and i wont be able to offer u any tips on this :)maybe others will..

  23. hi, the buns are looking good. Keep the great efforts at baking going! I have not yet had the courage to attempt..:-( Also, I love the ridge gourd skin chutney in the previous post.. I used to make it often earlier, and of late haven’t. Seeing your post has made me feel like making it soon…:-)
